please understand I will be drawing in my style unless specifically offered otherwise through some event.Be aware your characters colors and features will likely always be altered to match not only my style but the atmosphere of said piece.If you have a deadline please tell me beforehand. You can request a "rush fee" if you want it done a specific time which could add half or more of the commissions original price.

Additionally
The client MAY: Repost, personally print and crop their piece.
No AI, NFT, RESELLING.All wips that are scrapped will be used by me for other projects later, such as ychs. These will be altered to not represent the original oc.
If you scrapped a previous wip sketch pose but do want it later, you can request me to save it for you. This will last for two months before it's back in the open for me to use on other projects.

Work in Progress stages
-You will receive 1 WIP in its rough sketch/silhouette stage.-You can choose to approve the WIP if everything looks correct to you, or, you can request changes, ie; "adding scars" or "change the expression to x".
If the change is very small, I will apply the change and continue straight away to the next stages towards completion. If the change is larger (like changing a pose entirely) then you will receive a second WIP to approve. This process can repeat one more time, as after 3 WIPs there will be an upcharge depending on the content desired.-The client may redline the WIP, this is preferred if possible. If not just try to be as clear as possible as to what you want changed.Cancellations
I have the right to cancel the commission at any point. if no work has been done, a full refund will be done. if partial work is done, a partial refund is done. This goes for the client canceling as well.
Refunds are not accepted after the product is complete.

3D / VRChat / Ark survival ascended
- The client must legally own the asset/avatar they want retextured.-I only do texture commissions for avatars listed above as owned. you may gift me a legally purchased version if you so chose and if I accept.-Clients MUST provide proof of Purchase beforehand. (Show Gumroad, Booth or Jinxxy receipts-Clients must be 18 and over for 3D commissions.-Wips work the same as 2D wips where up to 3 is free. Anything beyond will cost extra each time.- No Redistribution! Textures and files cannot be resold, given away, or redistributed.-Prices may rise due to complexity.- All sales are final.
